Smith Academy

The International Academy has been operating since 2016 and finally opened its doors in Dubai on January 2, 2023.

Our halls are located in accessible areas and are fully equipped for rhythmic gymnastics training.

At the Academy, only young coaches with higher education and professional experience work with children. They are able to demonstrate all exercises themselves, as they have only recently finished their own sports careers and are World Champions. In this way, they train children through play, keeping them engaged and inspired.

According to the principle of the Academy’s founder, Milana Smith, children should only be trained by professional gymnasts who have gained personal experience in the sport, recently competed, and who know all the latest rules and trends. They can demonstrate every element themselves, setting an example for the children.

Another priority of our young coaches is a modern approach to child development. They have moved away from the old Soviet methodology, where success was believed to be achieved only through tears. With a smaller age gap between coaches and students, it is much easier to build a connection with children. That’s why a friendly and supportive atmosphere always reigns in our gym.
